The manual way
Sound familiar?
01
It eats your week
Building the schedule by hand takes hours, and you do it again every week when things move.
02
It sits with one person
The whole plan lives with one volunteer, in a spreadsheet only they really understand.
03
One closure and you restart
A shutdown, a match or a waterlogged pitch, and you’re redoing the grid from scratch.
04
Nobody has the latest one
Coaches and parents end up working off last week’s plan instead of this week’s.
How it works
From empty grid to full schedule in three steps.
STEP 01
Set up your pitches
Add your pitches, halls or courts, give each one a colour, and set your booking types. You only do this once.
STEP 02
Book the week
Click a slot to add training, and set it to repeat for the whole season. Allocate fixtures from the hopper, where they arrive automatically from your competitions. Any clash is flagged in red as you go.
STEP 03
Share it with the club
Export a clean PDF, print it, or send it straight to coaches and coordinators.
The output
Here’s what your club gets.
A clean weekly schedule, colour-coded by activity, with closures and shutdowns marked. Inside SportLoMo it carries your own club name and crest. Export it, print it, or post it to your club socials so every manager has the week’s plan.
Why clubs use it
Less admin. Fewer clashes. The whole season sorted.
Hours back every week
The job that used to eat your evening is done in minutes.
Set the season once
Book weekly training once and it repeats to the end of the season. Skip or move any date without redoing the rest.
Clashes flagged as you go
Overlapping bookings light up in red, so you catch a double-booking before anyone turns up.
Closures handled
Shut a pitch for weather or maintenance and everyone sees it straight away.
One version everyone trusts
The exported PDF is the plan. No more chasing the right spreadsheet.
