SportLoMo has a strong and growing focus on Canada and the wider North American market. As part of that commitment, we commenced hosting SportLoMo customer data in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Canada, supporting organisations that require data residency within Canada.
In August 2021, SportLoMo commissioned an AWS Canada hosting environment to meet Canadian data residency expectations and to provide improved performance, resiliency and availability for customers across Canada and the United States. This investment aligned with the rollout of SportLoMo’s Membership and Event Registration platform for Volleyball Canada.
Flexible hosting to match client requirements
SportLoMo is built on AWS infrastructure, which allows hosting to be aligned to jurisdiction and customer requirements. In addition to AWS Canada, SportLoMo also operates hosting environments in Europe (including Ireland and Germany). Where required, we can provision hosting in other AWS regions to support specific data residency, performance or organisational needs—subject to agreed scope and compliance requirements.
This approach ensures SportLoMo remains an operationally mature platform that can support national and multi-jurisdiction organisations with clear data residency options and reliable service delivery.
